Great band!
The Compilation were great! Really friendly, great to deal with and they got everyone on the dance floor with a great eclectic mix from the start of the evening to the finish. Have no hesitation in recommending them to any other couple wanting a great band to help celebrate their wedding! -
Best wedding band ever!
I have nothing but good things to say about our recent experience booking The Compilation for our wedding. The band were extremely professional and made sure they were there on time and set up ready to go! Calum was a brilliant contact for the band and answered all our questions and liaised with the venue on and before the day itself. They learned our first dance song, which wasn't a normal part of their repertoire, and played it fantastically. All our family and friends were up and dancing all night long, and both during the night and afterwards one piece of feedback everyone has mentioned to me was how great the band were! The brilliant set list had everyone up and dancing, from family in their 60s to all our friends. If you are looking for a great wedding band and want to dance the night away, look no further! Outstanding musicians and great energy! -
Not your average wedding band...
The Compilation were incredible and even better on the night than we knew they would be. When we were searching for a wedding band, they stood out as something different in a sea of bands that all seem to play Ed Sheeran on loop. They have a distinct 'funky' style that goes into every song they play and they absolutely make each one their own. They even played some old dance/garage tunes that had been 'rocked up' and the dancefloor went crazy! Don't mistake these guys for your typical wedding band - Calum, Dave and Mike are incredibly talented musicians and Peggy's vocals are outstanding. For our first dance we requested a song that they hadn't played before and they absolutely nailed it. We couldn't have asked for more from The Compilation. They went above & beyond - Calum was really helpful prior to the event and the whole band rocked the hell out the venue on the night. Perhaps we'll have to renew our vows one day so we have an excuse to book them again! Thanks for making our wedding even more special. Stuart & Scarlett -

They were amazing throughout including booking and helping organising set times (which changed so many times - and even on the day!) they were so professional, friendly and accommodating. They are extremely talented. Perfect for dancing the night away. (When the gigs are happening?!) They even did a garage set which was incredible! Thank you so so much! We loved having you guys there and our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without you. I wish we could do it all over again!! -
Beyond amazing!
The Compilation were just brilliant. Great to communicate with before our wedding and 100% delivered on the day. They bring such a great atmosphere, great sound and so professional. Our guests literally didn’t sit down and have not stopped telling us how much they all loved the band. Thank you! -
Fantastic Band, We Had an Amazing Time!
Having The Compilation band at our wedding was the perfect end to an already wonderful day. We were hardly aware of them as they arrived and setup. They sorted our first dance request which then seamlessly went into the beginning of their set. Excellent music and professional setup & sound. Really polished songs that got even the most reluctant dancers up on the dance floor. The set lists' energy levels increased throughout the evening resulting in an awesome climax at the end. All of our guests seemed to really enjoy themselves so that made it perfect. -

Will not disappoint! Since first hearing The Compilation play 3 years ago, I’ve hired them for both an office function and a 50th birthday party. They are a massive hit across all age ranges! A lovely bunch, who made the planning and set-up seem effortless, filled the dancefloor with their people-pleasing tunes and accommodated requested. I couldn’t recommend more for weddings, birthdays, or any occasion where you want your guest entertained, whether getting involved on the dancefloor or toe-tapping while they chat. -

Great communications throughout, super friendly and very talented. Learnt a song for our wedding and played it amazingly - would highly recommend. -
Simply Outstanding
From accommodating our two, very specific, first dance and father daughter dance requests, to keeping in steady but not overwhelming contact over a pandemic delay and then discreetly turning up on the day, without fuss or issue, and playing two brilliant sets, smoothly transitioning between songs and genre's with a smooth vocal performance throughout. The band also accommodated a few on the spot requests on the night that made the whole evening incredibly special. -
